Step 1 - Go to the USA Hockey registration website www.usahockeyregistration.com and select the 2008-09 Season to register your Ice Hockey Player(s) with USAH.
Remember to print and save the USAH confirmation code, you will need that code for entry on the AHA Registration Form.

NOTE: Please wait for registration confirmation number from USA Hockey prior to your registration transaction with AHA Registration system. At times, there may be a delay between registration with USAH and the AHA Registration.

All forms must be complete and turned in before being allowed to take the ice at Tryouts.

June 1, 2008 -- We are currently accepting players on our wait list at Arvada Hockey Association. You will be completing the registration process but will not be registered with AHA just placed on the wait list. When a spot opens in your age division we will notify you to pay. Once notified you will be given 36 hours to pay - if payment is not made within that time frame you will be moved to the bottom of the wait list. Your payment will confirm your spot with AHA for the 2008/2009 hockey season.

• Non-refundable deposit of $650 due at time of registration.
  $500 deposit for Mite A/B players.
• Registration deadline for Returning players May 31, 2008.

*** AHA expects to be able to accept all Move-In players for U8, Squirt, Pee Wee, and Girls U12, U14, U19 teams. However, acceptance at other age divisions will be subject to space availability after the registration deadline on May 31.

A deposit of $650 is required to complete this registration.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! If a player chooses to leave AHA and play Travel in another association, the player cannot play In-House for Arvada. Monies will not be returned.

Litigation - Anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding, in the event of any litigation arising out of this and the Registration Agreement, the court or tribunal shall award to the prevailing party all reasonable costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees.
