Arvada hockey tournaments are known for their western hospitality so you can rest assured you will feel welcome and will always be greeted at the rink with a warm cup of coffee and a snack! Loveland... With over 1,365 acres of varied terrain, Loveland is the perfect place to get some excellent skiing in. If you're an experienced skier, you'll enjoy the Loveland Basin, if you are a less experienced skier, the Loveland Valley is just right for you. There's also a ski school for first timers.

There is always the possibility of catching a professional NHL game, CHL hockey game, or even a pro lacrosse game while you're in town. You may want to check the schedules and see if the Colorado Avalanche, Rocky Mountain Rage, or Colorado Mammoth will be playing any home games while you are here. There is also some great college hockey at Magnus Arena where the Denver University Pioneers play!

Denver University Pioneers... Denver University has many exciting sports teams including hockey, lacrosse, basketball, and others. If you're interested in seeing a great game and checking out the newly built Magnus arena, then Denver University has what your looking for.

Rocky Mountain National Park... Often called America's Switzerland because of it's beautiful glaciated peaks and sub-alpine valleys, Rocky Mountain National Park is truly stunning. It contains many glacial lakes and it is almost always possible to see elk, bighorn, and deer. There are many beautiful trails to hike on and many miles of gorgeous streams.
