Step 1 - Complete the on-line Jersey Order Form

You will be asked to login or Create an Account (Username) for the AHA website when you click this link, please do so to proceed. This allows your information to be saved and pre-populated in future seasons for forms used on the Arvada Hockey website.


Step 2 - Pay $130 Jersey Fee on-line via PayPal

$130 Jersey fee is for the set which includes 1 Home (white) and 1 Away (black) jersey. Socks must be purchased separately.

NOTE: U8 Mite A/B Jersey fee included in League Fee.
U8 Mite A/B may SKIP The Jersey Payment STEP, but must complete Step 1 - complete on-line Jersey Order Form.

Number selection for a new player to Arvada Hockey:

1. Player will identify their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice.
a) That choice must be an even number (1 thru 99)
for an even number birth year.
b) Or that choice must be an odd number (1 thru 99)
for an odd number birth year.
c) If none of the player's numbers are available, an available number will be assigned to that player.
d) The number the player receives will remain with them while they are playing for Arvada Hockey. Should two players with the same number occur, it will be taken up on a case-by-case basis. The player that has been with the association the longest will be given a choice of ordering a new available number or keeping their existing original number.
e) Siblings may request the same number if it is available. (Birth year 2 yrs apart)

2. Purchases of used Jerseys:
a) The jersey you wish to purchase must be the same number you were assigned.
b) AHA girls must check with your director to prevent a conflict in numbers for the AHA Girls league. (Girls in the co-ed league must follow the above format)

3. Goalie numbers:
a) A goalie number must be one of the following numbers;
1, 29, 30, 31, 33, 34, 35, 39, 99
